About this Policy

This document outlines the commitment which Excool Ltd demonstrates to protect social, environmental and economic factors for the world we all inhabit.

The policies are to ensure the business meets the highest possible standards in all aspects of daily business actions.

This document will be reviewed on an annual basis to continuously strive to improve CSR performance.

Statement of intent

Excool Ltd wants to ensure actions impact the world we live in a positive manner by acting ethically and responsibly.

Environmental

Excool recognises the need to protect the precious natural environment and to be mindful of ways to be as sustainable as possible. When manufacturing, traveling or in the office, Excool will always be looking at ways reduces the carbon output.  It also makes good business sense

Using environmentally friendly technologies where possible and always be forward thinking looking at ways to make improvements

To be conscious of printing while in and out of the office. For instance, think before you print on emails, to send presentation ahead of meetings rather than printing the documents

Recycling process in the offices and factories with training and notices to promote the team to recycle

Planning travel while considering the environment and using public transport, walking or cycling where possible.

Charity and community

Excool understands the importance of supporting charitable causes to help support others, increase social awareness and help bond colleagues.
